The Orange County Register Top Workplaces Award is especially meaningful because it isn’t chosen by a panel of judges or based on an application—it’s earned through confidential feedback from the company’s own employees. The survey, administered independently by Energage, asks team members about leadership, culture, feeling appreciated and supported, opportunities to grow, and their overall workplace experience. Companies only receive the recognition when their employee feedback meets the Top Workplaces standards, which is why being named a Top Workplace four years in a row—2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026—is such an incredible honor for Moffett Plumbing & Air. It means the recognition comes from the people who know our company best: our team. ❤️
