What Should I Expect Once I Apply?

- We’ll call you to set up an interview with our hiring manager, Rachel. She might offer you a job right then and there or else she might want you to do a follow-up interview with Ray, our service manager, and/or Michael, our President. Just depends on what position you are seeking.
- The final interview is with Mike. He’s our president. Getting this far is a sign that you’ve made a good first and second impression.

Always Available Positions:
Plumbing technicians are the lifeblood of our company—the ones who travel to our customers and provide our state-of-the-art services to them. Candidates should have at least three years of previous professional plumbing experience, possess all relevant licenses and certifications in order to legally perform plumbing work, and have a solid record of outstanding customer service skills.
Moffett Plumbing & Air is currently seeking an experienced HVAC installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. The HVAC installer will work collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations.
Moffett Plumbing & Air is currently seeking a skilled Plumbing Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in both residential and commercial properties. As a Plumbing Installer, you will work closely with our clients and team members to ensure quality workmanship, timely completion of projects, and adherence to safety protocols.

Call Center Representative
Call center representatives are the principal point of contact for customers when they reach out to our company. These representatives are responsible for listening to what our customers need, scheduling appointments, coordinating with dispatchers, and coming up with creative solutions to help customers get a resolution to their issues.
Our warehouse manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our parts and materials warehouse, as well as maintaining a well-stocked inventory, ongoing organization, and continual improvement. Candidates should have previous experience in a warehouse setting, and preferably have experience working with large-scale warehouse operations and organizations.
Human Resources Administrator
Human resources administrators are valuable members of our human resources team and assist with helping our staff have a safe, secure, and productive working environment. Candidates should have previous experience working in human resources and ideally will have experience in a home service provider setting.
