I scheduled an appointment online, and although I was annoyed I was going to have to wait 6 days until someone came out, I needed to. I had a backed up shower drain which in turn backed up my kitchen sink. Well, the following day, Jennifer called from the company to confirm my appointment and offered me a same day visit. I agreed. Kevin J and Felix were both extremely professional. They were clear in their description of the problem, clear with the problem, cost and solution, and did not pressure me to go with more expensive options. They worked quickly and professionally.
