Meet Jo Moffett

Hi, I’m Jo! I was born in New York, attended Boston University, and moved to Orange County over 25 years ago. I originally worked in the fashion industry but was always helping out at our family company and hearing about my husband’s daily adventures here. Eventually, it just made sense for me to officially join the team! You might even see me at your house- I love meeting our clients, plus capturing photos and videos of our amazing team in action. A gas leak made it necessary to change out the water heater as it was around 13 years old. The technician, Brian Rawls was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained all our options and the costs associated with each plan including the financing the new equipment. After making our decision everything went smoothly the financing company contacted us and Brian installed the equipment. Everything was completed in a timely manner.
