Free Drain Snaking for Those Battling Breast Cancer

A Small Way We Can Help During Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Breast cancer touches far too many families. About 1 in 8 women will develop breast cancer during her lifetime, and for many of us at Moffett Plumbing & Air, that statistic is personal. Members of our team have watched friends, family members, customers, and loved ones go through this disease and everything that comes with it.

We know we can't make that experience easier in every way. But there is one small thing we can take off someone's to-do list. Every October, Moffett Plumbing & Air offers free drain snaking for our customers going through breast cancer treatment. It's our way of showing support, one home and one family at a time.

Call us today at (714) 541-6407 or contact us online to schedule your drain cleaning service

One Less Thing to Worry About

When someone is undergoing breast cancer treatment, everyday household problems should be the last thing demanding their attention. Hair loss can be part of treatment for some people, and loose hair can quickly collect in the shower, bathtub, and bathroom sink drains, until water starts draining slowly or stops moving altogether, normally just an inconvenience, but one more thing you shouldn't have to deal with when you're focused on appointments, treatment, and the people who matter most.

That's where we can help. If a bathroom drain needs to be snaked, our team will take care of it at no charge during October for customers going through breast cancer treatment. It's a small thing next to everything else on their plate, but one less thing is still one less thing.

An October Tradition Since 2015

This isn't something we started for a single awareness campaign. Moffett Plumbing & Air has offered this service every October since 2015. Over the years, our team has cleared hundreds of drains for breast cancer patients throughout the communities we serve, and each visit has reinforced why we keep doing it.

Our business is built around taking care of people. During Breast Cancer Awareness Month, that means using the skills we have to help members of our community in a practical way. No grand gesture. No expectation in return. Just neighbors helping neighbors.

To Everyone Affected by Breast Cancer

To everyone currently going through treatment, everyone who has been through it before, and every family member, friend, and caregiver standing alongside someone they love: we see you, and we're rooting for you.

Many members of the Moffett Plumbing & Air family understand personally how deeply breast cancer can affect a family. This annual tradition is one small way we can turn that experience into something helpful for somebody else. If clearing a clogged drain means one fewer phone call to make, one fewer expense to think about, or simply one less frustration during an already difficult month, we're glad to do it.

If you're a Moffett Plumbing & Air customer going through breast cancer treatment and need help with a clogged shower, bathtub, or bathroom sink drain, please reach out and ask about our free drain snaking service. We'll be honored to help.

One Less Clog. One Less Worry. One Small Way We Can Help.

My 50 year old plumbing developed a slab leak, which Brian diagnosed. I decided my best course was to go all in for a whole house re-plumb. Brain & a big crew came out two days later and tore thru the entire job in just one day. Then a few days later a different crew came did a nice job patching all the holes in half a day. Only thing left for me is to repaint the patches. Super happy with the service - a low-stress solution to a high-stress problem!David O.
