I scheduled an appointment online, and although I was annoyed I was going to have to wait 6 days until someone came out, I needed to. I had a backed up shower drain which in turn backed up my kitchen sink. Well, the following day, Jennifer called from the company to confirm my appointment and offered me a same day visit. I agreed.
